Analyses and Solution of Process-Level Network Storm in Smart Substation

摘要：

　　A healthy operating smart substation is based on healthy operating process-level network.In network storm,information on network cannot be transferred normally.Devices may fail, which is harmful to the substation operation.In this paper, transmission speed of packets in smart substation is calculated.Mechanism of network storm is analyzed and influence of network storm is estimated.Using an example of network storm in real operating smart substation, solution of network storm is raised.Measures to avoid network storm is proposed as well.
