Bandwidth Calculation Method Research and Application on Digital Communication Network for Multimedia Businesses

　　The Paper predicted the user number of administrative telephone exchanging network in State Grid Corporation of China(SGCC) and calculated the actual network bandwidth of data communications network to support IP multimedia system.The next generation administrative telephone exchanging network of SGCC will adopt IMS sytem to supply multimedia businesses, accordingly the data flow includes IMS signaling packets and voice & video packets.It uses the telephone communication traffic model to predict the requirements of network bandwidth and puos forward the network architecture and method of digital communication network network of SGCC.At last, it proved the validity of the prediction method and showed the importance to do the stress tests using telephone communication traffic model.
