Online Monitoring Information System Based on IEC 61850 Subscription and Publishing Method

　　This paper brings forward an online monitoring information system based on IEC61850 subscription and publishing.The subscription and publishing method may reduce the workload of configuration, shorten debugging cycle, and avoid the deficiencies easily induced by artificial method, such as the errors in configuration process and difficulties in SCD model upgrading.
