Study and Application about Maintenance Strategy of Power Transformer Based on Multidimensional Information
With the construction of the smart grid, the number of intelligent substation in the control area is increasing.The number of the power transformer in the control area is increasing while sometimes maybe there is not enough staff.In order to improve the utilization of equipment and make reasonable arrangements for the staff, it is really a problem to guarantee unified maintenance in time and optimal management for the power transformer in a certain control area.This paper models for the power transformer, analyses its primary and secondary data information by adopting the data fusion method and judges its operating status by analyzing the data in the production system.Then according to the physical location of power transformer in the control area and the number of staff,obtain a reasonable and optimal way by applying the dynamic programming method and life-cycle management theory.With computer simulation, the maintenance strategy of this paper is actually deployed, achieving significant effects.The steps of the method are as follows:(i) equipment attribute information, establish the model of power transformer equipment within the control area.According to the electric power transformer model, we access power transformer equipment information and secondary equipment information data.Equipment information data includes power transformer oil temperature, voltage, current, active power,reactive power, secondary equipment information including recorded data and alarm event of relay protection device,etc.These data independently stored to SCADA database.(ii) Using the data fusion analysis method of power transformer condition, considering the power transformer operation time, oil temperature, oil chromatographic data, the current load condition, operation and maintenance of the historical data, family defect, inspection records and important problem, for the comprehensive evaluation of power transformer,the realization of state maintenance(ill) Condition assessment results, combined with the power transformer operation and maintenance personnel configuration,physical location, according to the equipment life cycle management theory, the dynamic programming method, puts forward a relatively optimal relatively reasonable maintenance strategy.The maintenance strategy is applicable to solve the situation less configuration of power transformer operation and maintenance personnel, numerous and widely distributed, greatly reduces the maintenance cost, improves the utilization rate of equipment.(iv) The implementation of the operation strategy, and the execution results are feedback to the system, continuous improvement and optimization.
