Application of the MEMS-based array displacement measurement system in landslide monitoring

摘要：

　　The MEMS-based array displacement measurement system is a kind of high-end sensor technology with real-time, continuous, high precision and stability, good 3D space resolution, and can get continuous distributed deformation information.It has begun to be applied in warning, risk analysis, stability assessment and remote monitoring of geo-hazards.This paper introduces the principle, structure, characteristics of the array displacement measurement system, and its application in the large-scale landslide monitoring.The results indicate a broader application prospects in geo-hazard monitoring.
