The Parametric Design of Cooling System of Hot Stamping Die

摘要：

　　This paper puts forward to develop a software tool for parametric design of cooling system of hot stamping die based on UGNX platform.The hot stamping die is divided into several modules based on the characteristics of design processes, including loading die template, designing working parts and designing cooling system.As the most important module, the functional characteristics and design processes of cooling system are mainly introduced, and the optimization design of cooling channels are analyzed based on parametric design of cooling system.
