Researches on the Evaluation of Surface Defects of Cold-Rolled IF Sheet

摘要：

　　3 types of surface defects as slivers,peelings and holes were found in industrial samples.Hot rolling and cold rolling of industrial slab samples were carried out in pilot mill to investigate the evolution process of surface defects.Combined with characteristics of surface defects,relationship between inclusions and surface defects was discussed.It was found surface defects are determined by position,size and property of the inclusions.Finally,measures were figured out to avoid inclusion induced defects.
