The Influence of the Dispersion of the Caking Component by Coal Selective Crushing on Coke Strength
Coke strength is mainly determined by defects in coke.In order to improve coke strength,control of formation of defects during carbonization is important.When high dilatation coal is blended,connected pores derived from large particle of high dilatation coal are major defects determining coke strength.So,it is clarified that coke strength can be improved by selective crushing of the high dilatation coal that becomes the cause of major defects in coke,which enhances the connected pores component.
