Reasonable Development and Utilization of the Water Resources of the Yellow River Realization of the Sustainable Development of Zhengzhou Economy along the Yellow River

　　The Yellow River is a river lack of water resources and the supply and demand contradiction of water resources is very outstanding.In recent years,due to the shortage of water resources,and regional economic development and population growth,the demand for water is increasing day by day,so that we should use the limited water resources of the Yellow River reasonably,promote optimal allocation of water resources,strengthen the management of water resources and scheduling standardization construction,improve water resource management and scheduling scientifically and standardly,which will be an important guarantee of effective management system,management form and management means for reasonable development,effective utilization,scientific scheduling and optical allocation of the Yellow River s water resources.In view of the contradiction between supply and demand of the Yellow River s water resources,we shall allocate the water resources of the Yellow River reasonably to alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand in Zhengzhou and promote the sustainable development and utilization of the Yellow Rivers water resources.
