Strategy Research for Water Resources Sustainable Utilization in Ordos
Along with the rapid development of regional economic,and the acceleration of industrialization and urbanization process in Ordos,a serious disharmony occurred between the eco-social development and the water resources utilization and protection.Ordos meets deep-seated problem in water resources and which is becoming the key bottlenecks element of regional development.With the core of improving water use efficiency and the main line of opening up new water sources and rational using water resources,this study analyze and optimize different water demand methods under a variety patterns of water consume of the regional economy departments in Ordos.On the basis of three equilibrium of water supply and demand,we put forward a rational water resources allocation scheme in planning level years,and design a new sustainable use pattem of water resources in Ordos.The strategy provide a good support for regional eco-social development,and realize the goal of supporting the sustainable,coordinated and healthy development of regional economic society.
