Reflections on Investment Plan Management of the Lower Yellow River Flood Control Project

　　Think of the related issues of changing the investment plan management of the lower Yellow River flood control project,in accordance with the Yellow River Conservancy Commission s the changes of construction management system and the new situation of financial budget management,combined with the construction characteristics of the lower Yellow River recent flood control project.The related suggestion of annual investment plan scale of the lower Yellow River flood control project,investment plan classification management,annual investment implementation plan,investment control management and design variation management is put forward.
