Study on Turning Jindi River Flood into Resources
The current study on turing Jindi River flood into resources is responding to the spirit of this year s first central document of implementing the most stringent water management system.We can conclude from the analysis that middle and upper reaches of Jindi River have water resources that can be utilized to irrigate Yanggu County in normal years and that drainage from Zhangzhuang gate alone is able to meet the storage capacity of the river channel in the end of Jindi River.Also that turning the downstream flood of Jindi River into resources will not affect waterlogging drainage; neither will it affect the safety of flood control of Yellow River and Jindi River.ff we can find out the balance between the Jindi River flood safety and utilization,it will have a significant influence in supporting the stable development of the society and the economy with limited water resources,maintaining the health of Yellow River,actively carrying out the construction of water-saving society and taking fully use of water resources.
