Discusses on Measures of Ensuring Yellow River Water Resources in Yellow River Delta
At present,there are some problems in water sources exploitation and utilization in Yellow River Delta area: conflict between supply and demand of water resources is obvious,efficiency of water utilization is low,water environment is overall bad,Yellow River water diversion amount is more than allocated,water diversion ability of sluices is deficient,water diversion efficiency in irrigation ditches is low,storage capacity of reservoirs is deficient,etc..So we should carry out following measures to meet the needs of Yellow River water resources in development of Yellow River Delta efficient ecological economic zone: strengthening water resources management and regulation,strengthening saving water,implementing Yellow River water rights transfer,enhancing water environment harnessing,increasing water diversion ability of sluices,improving water diversion efficiency in irrigation ditches,increasing storage capacity of reservoirs.
