Study on River Health Based on Natural-social Coupled Function

摘要：

　　The development and protection of the river should be based on the optimum unity between river value and human needs.The value of the river must be recognized and the relying on each other between river value and human needs should also be stressed.Through the exposition of the relationship between river and human civilization,river health is evaluated by the nature-society compound ecosystem.The dominant position of river value can be established.The ultimate goal of managing the river is to maintain the healthy life of river,which is in order to build the river health evaluation system based on environmental management.
