The Assessment Techniques and Application of Watershed Management Strategies Based on Complex System Theory
The theory based on the human-nature coupled system (Coupled Human-Nature,System,referred to as CHN) that uses a holistic point of view for the action mechanism and characteristics of the large complex system of atypical water resources,by the interaction of the variables to each subsystem proceed multi-process simulation, description and information transfer,in which a set of simulation model are built which can have a clear and dynamic diagnosis of water resources and in favour of making quick administrative decision of coordinated growth between environmental economy and water resources to meet research needs of the modem water resource planning and water resources complex problem and meet the water resources urgent requirement of our watershed and regional adaptive management. The paper simulates and analyzes the effect of all possible water resource management regulation project and scenarios such as the Yellow River Basin water conservation, pollution control (reuse),water transfer programs to the basins economic and social development and ecological environment protection. It can provide decision support for adaptable and dynamic water resources management mechanism of the Ydlow River Basin to response to changing natural risks and human development needs and scientific revision of water resources development planning,to improve the efficiency and level of water resources scientific management under the new situation.
