Problems on Water Resources Management of the Xiaobeiganliu Reach of the Yellow River and its Countermeasures
With rapid social and economic development along the Xiaobeiganliu Reach of the Yellow River (XRYR),demand for the Yellow River water resources has been increasing,and contradiction between supply and demand with respect to water resources has become more serious.Based on survey of the current situation of water resources,application and demand for water resources by industrial and agricultural development plans in the basin under the jurisdiction of the Weinan City,Shaanxi Province on the right bank of the XRYR,this paper analyzes the main problems in utilization and management of water resources,and,in the light of the situation of the basin and current situation of water resources of the XRYR,presents several countermeasures for future water resources management.
