Research on Management of System Coupled Mode and Institutional Innovation of Water Resources in the Yellow River Basin

　　The management of water resources in the Yellow River Basin has been pay highly attention and discussed at home and abroad.Analyzing the management of water resources in the Yellow River basin includes cross-section water resources,generalized water resources,water supply in the earths surface,supplied amount of water resources,usable amount of water resources,water conservancy project in the earths surface,well engineering,sewage utilization project and rainwater collection project.On this basis,System Coupled Mode of Water Resources has been established.Finally,putting forward a sound system is a set of effective safeguard to promote the management of water resources.Implementing the regulation of tradable permit of water using right and strictly implementing water allocation are to promote rational development and utilization of water resources in the Yellow River Basin and its sustainable development.
