Current Situation and Problem Discussion of Fishpass Facilities for Chinese Hydraulic and Hydropower Engineering

摘要：

　　through thorough review of design and construction,operation management,effect monitoring and assessment,technical research,establishment of legal system and some other aspects for the fishpass facilities in China,systematically analyze the existing outstanding problems for the hydraulic and hydropower projects of China,such as the recognition of fishpass facilities is not sufficient,the scientific and technological support is not enough and the operation and supervision is not proper,to provide reference for the sustainable development of hydraulic and hydropower engineering.
