Reflections on the Ecological Water Regulation of Heihe River

　　In 2007,according to the requirements of construction of Heihe s ecological civilization,the concept of ecological water regulation was proposed the first time,and made remarkable achievements through five years of exploration and practice,the tail of East Juyuan River never ran dry for seven years.Through the summary of ecological water regulation system,this paper analyses the response relationship between water regulation mode and downstream ecological system recovery,and finds out the key factor of restraining ecological water regulation,which are lagged basic research,roughness of regulation indicator,and lack of engineering measurement,etc.For these key constraint factors,engineering and non-engineering measurements are proposed through several aspects,such as enhancing the research on rule of water need of ecological water system,perfecting ecological regulation indicator system,and setting up ecological monitoring and evaluation system as well.
