The Study of Ecological Environment Evolution and Countermeasures in Source Area of the Three Rivers
Source area of the Three Rivers is in the west of China which is located in the hinterland of Qinghai Tibet Plateau and the birthplace of the Yangtze River,the Yellow River and the Lancang River.It is also China s main source of fresh water supplies.The Qinghai Tibet Plateau s unique natural environment decides its vulnerability of the ecological system.By the dual effects of nature and human activities,the self-restraint ability of area water source drops,the pasture degrades,and the eco-environment is in a worsening situation.In order to improve the self-restraint ability of Source area of the Three Rivers and to alleviate its trend of ecological degradation,we analyze its eco-environmental evolution and the causes of eco-environmental changes and put forward some corresponding measures for protection by use of RS technology combining with the typical field-investigation.
