Study on Ecological Project of Zhaojunfen Flood Storage and Detention Area
Zhaojunfen flood storage and detention area is one of the six ice-prevention emergency flood storage and detention areas planned to be constructed in Inner Mongolia section of the Yellow River,and featured with a relatively high frequency of utilization.In order to solve a series of social problems and long-term development problems caused by the construction of Zhaojunfen flood storage and detention area,the planning and management objectives in the paper are adjusted to the construction of an ecological remediation type flood storage and detention area to explore the construction of an ecological culture landscape project mainly based on ice flood diversion project,ecological construction and regional culture excavation and development,and the formulation of reasonable regulation and operation method,i.e.scientifically regulating according to the regulation and storage capacity of Zhaojunfen flood storage and detention area under the premise that the safety of ice prevention is ensured,and therefore the flood storage and detention area can play an important role in flood resource utilization and ecological protection.In the study,we abide by the principle of nature respecting,people-oriented and harmonious human and nature,and change the Zhaojunfen flood storage and detention area from a single social benefit mode to a comprehensive,coordinated and uniform mode of social,economic and ecoenvironment benefits,so as to ensure the sustainable development as well as provide a new reference experience for the constriction and management of the flood storage and detention area.
