Implement the Ecology-oriented Strategy in Xiaokaihe Irrigated Area and Strive to Create Ecological Water Conservancy

　　The administration in the Xiaokaihe Yellow River-diversion Irrigated Area has gradually explored and accumulated a set of effective utilization and treatment measures of sediment in practices,always adhering to the ecological oriented strategy,transforming from passive defense to active action,thus established a integrated utilization system of sediment from the Yellow River,solved the environmental degradation problem caused by the Yellow River sediment,and fully utilized sediment resources to benefit local economy by the following measures.The administration in the irrigated area focused on water conservation and storage,enhances soil and water conservation,and has been involved in protection and improvement of ecological environment.
