The Analysis of the Livestocks Carrying and Grazing Capacity in Theory of Source Area of the Three Rivers in Qinghai
Because of natural conditions restrictions of Source area of the Three Rivers in Qinghai,the way of local animal husbandry production management is traditional and extensive in long-term,in recent years,with the development of economical society,the contradiction among the population,resources and environment here becomes prominent,and the animal husbandry production is in serious overloading state.According to statistics,at present,about 90% of the grasses appear different degrees of degradation in the source area,and 50 years ago,plant yield per unit area fell 30% to 50%.To protect the ecology and improve the people s livelihood,according to the principle deciding the livestock amount by the grass,keeping the balance between grass and livestock,combined with the comprehensive construction of well-off society and the requirement of improving the local residents living conditions,it should be done to use the 3S technology,have the survey and analysis on all kinds of grassland of the source area,and put forward the reasonable carrying capacity to provide the technical support to realize keep the balance between grass and livestock of Source area of the Three Rivers and protect the eco-environment.
