Water Resources Sustainable Development of Dongping Lake,a Flood Storage and Detention Area in China

摘要：

　　On the basis of surveying the current situation of water resource utilization and protection and the water ecological tourism resources of the Dongping Lake,which is the most important flood storage and detention area of the lower Yellow River,the challenges and opportunities of Dongping Lake caused by the implementation of the East-Route of South-to-North Water Transfer Project (ERSNWTP) were analyzed.This paper puts forward the ideas of development of the Dongping Lake from the angle of strategy of sustainable development of water resources,and suggests to adjust the old Dongping Lake into comprehensive utilization reservoir,increase surface water,and construct the water ecological protection pattern called one lake two corridors and improve the water quality and hydrology monitoring network system.
