Study on Effective Utilization of Water Resources of Qiantang Estuary

摘要：

　　Runoff is one of the key factors that determine the steady of the environment of Qiantang Estuary.Therefore,effective utilization of water resources of Qiantang Estuary should weigh environmental water requirement and human water requirement.Based on the study of the water resources characteristics,this paper put forward the effective utilization pattern of water resources comprising water resources allocation in macroscopic lay,aiming at restricting water intake volume to guarantee sufficient runoff into the sea;and water resources regulation in microscopic lay,aiming at ensuring periodic water quality safety.
