Environmental Impact Analysis of Hekoucun Reservoir Project

摘要：

　　The Hekoucun reservoir projects main functions include flood control,water supply and irrigation,which have substantial social benefits.This project will involve the experimental zones of Taihangshan mountains Maeaca mulatto chinensis National Nature Reserve in Henan province (below this referred to as the reserve),in which the environmerit is more sensitive.Some advantages and disadvantages of the environmental impact on Hekoucun reservoir project are analyzed in this paper,and the conclusions are drawn that the project has more positive impacts in general,through putting forward corresponding mitigation measures to avoid,reduce or eliminate some negative effects.
