Research on Prevention and Protection Technology of Soil and Water Conservation and its Adaption

摘要：

　　Though prevention and protection has been taken as the most important policy in water and soil conserve strategy,to implement the prevention and protection is particulady difficult in present utilization system of resources.In order to establish the conservation-awareness,implement the eco-environmental protection,management should be strengthened through strict law enforcement,policy guidance and economic levers.
