Discussion on Ideas and Orientation of Water and Soil Conservation Monitoring

摘要：

　　Water and soil conservation monitoring is vety important because it provides data for assessment of ecological environment improvement and regional economic development.It is also fundamental to promoting the sustainable development of national economy.Through analyzing the present situation of water and soil conservation monitoring,and drawing on the experience of related trades serving for human,social and economic activities,this paper puts forward the orientation and ideas for the development of water and soil conservation monitoring in quite a long time in future,and determines the key tasks of monitoring as well as the importance of setting up a long-term,continuous,stable,and high-efficient monitoring system for water and soil conservation.
