Analysis on Operation Mode of Inter-basin Water Transfer Project Under Various Constraints
Inter-basin water transfer project is a new water resources allocation system,which is jointly composed of water exporting region and in-take area,the operation mode of water conveyance is key link for the new water resources allocation.The change of region water resources allocation pattern is faced by various constraints,such as social、environment、technology and economy,the appropriate operation mode can balance all kinds of constraints,reduce the influence of water exporting region as far as possible,satisfy the water demand of in-take area to the great extent,and the scale of engineering construction is not oversize,the final objectives is the water resources system with minimum cost for maximal benefit.Take West-Route Project of South-to-North Water Transfer as case study,the analysis method for operation mode of inter-basin water transfer project under several kinds of constraints is discussed.
