Study on the Promoting Effect on Protection of Hengshui Lake after the Water Diversion from Yellow River
Hengshui Lake Wetland is an important water source of the North China Plain,which playing an important role in regulating the climate of the areas surrounding Beijing and Tianjin,improving the ecological environment and flood control.To protect the Hengshui Lake Wetland,China began the Yellow River Diversion Project in 1994.The implementation of Yellow River Diversion Project has great significance in the maintenance of normal production,improving the surrounding environment and maintaining the ecological balance.To study the trend,this paper compared the data of the Hengshui Lake wetland water quality and quantity before and after the Yellow River Diversion project,using Mann-Kendall test and spearman correlation coefficient method.Against the practical problems in the Hengshui Lake Wetland,corresponding protection measures were put forward.
