The Classification Theory of Compensation Mechanism for Agricultural Water Transfer

摘要：

　　The compensation mechanism for agricultural water transfer (CMAWT) is an important method to reduce and eliminate the negative influence of agricultural water transfer.It is important to summarize the global experiences of CMAWT for setting up the reasonable CMAWT of China.This paper established the classification theory of CMAWT and put it into the evaluation of CMAWT in China and Japan.The result shows that the CMAWT of China is converting from bureaucratic type to market type.The CMAWT of Japan is mainly autonomy type.The CMAWT of Japan is more autonomy than the CMAWT of China.The case study shows that this theory can classify the CMAWT of different countries.
