Application of Drought Disaster Loss Assessment Based on Improved Grain Disaster Loss Rate Model
In this article,the factors affecting grain yield are analysed,which mainly consider the planting area and yield per unit area.An improved grain disaster loss rate model was bnlt,and the evaluation of grain loss based on the improved model was studyed.For the typical area Xi an,using 1992 ~ 2008 grain growth statistical material,the grain drought loss rate of eight counties (districts) under the typical area were evaluated.The results show that grain drought loss rate is at an average of almost3.9% for nearly 17 years.Among them,drought loss rate in Changan is the highest,being 5.89%,Huxian s is the lowest,being 2.76%.
