Application of 3G Video Monitoring Technology to the Yellow River Basin Management

摘要：

　　3G video monitoring systems is to realize the visualization management in efficient way,especially in the flood control work,making accurate command and flat conductor become possible.This paper focuses on the 3G video monitoring visualization platform realization of transmission and video system technology,and application introduction of3G video monitoring technology in the Yellow River.Finally,this paper forecasts the application prospect of video monitoring technology in the Yellow River.
