Comprehensive Drought Evaluation Model for Irrigation District Based on Variable Fuzzy Sets and Its Application
Drought is one severe meteorological disaster in China,better comprehensive evaluation of drought can provide reliable policy-making basis for drought defending and disaster reduction.The existing methods of drought evaluation are lacking of universal,in order to solve the problem,based on the theory of Variable Fuzzy Sets,a comprehensive drought evaluation model are proposed,and the method for solution are given in the paper,the model is applied in Qucun Yellow River Irrisation Region.The result shows that the model is reasonable and feasible,it is simple and practical.The model and its method can provide academic support and policy-making reference for the comprehensive evaluation of drought in North Region of China.
