The Application of GIS in the Ice Prevention of the Yellow River

　　The technique of the integration of 2D and 3D can change the means and modes of the application in the ice prevention of the Yellow River.SuperMap GIS is applied to information management of the Yellow River.The Yellow River ice prevention integrated database and geographic space frame is established.Each function module of the ice prevention information management of the Yellow River is developed.The improved issue about the Yellow River ice prevention is put forward.
