Research on the Role of Microbial Bacteria in Inhibiting Algae
Photosynthetic bacteria and EM bacteria,the most widely used microbial bacteria in the area of environmental protection,are effective in disposing sewage and inhibiting algae.But there are few studies on which one can achieve better effects and higher economic profits.To figure out the optimal bacteria and dosage for algae removal,two lab experiments are designed.Firstly,the experiments compare the algae exhibiting effects of photosynthetic bacteria and EM bacteria and then compare the algae exhibiting effect by different bacteria dosages.The result shows that photosynthetic bacteria are superior to EM bacteria in exhibiting alga and the optimal concentration of photosynthetic bacteria is 0.05 %.At last,this paper compares the economic benefits of photosynthetic bacteria and EM bacteria to demonstrate that photosynthetic bacteria have higher application values than EM bacteria in exhibiting algae.
