Research and Application of New Technologies for Operation and Management System in 110kV JianFeng Smart Substation
The 110kV JianFeng smart substation is the first 3C smart substation and demonstration project for OS2 (Operation Smart System) technologies in CSG Co.,Ltd.Great change has taken place in operation and management mode with the construction of operation smart system in JianFeng smart substation.This paper put forward to the conception of substation operation cockpit and smart gateway.Substation operation cockpit integrates operation system,plants monitoring & management system,video & environment monitoring system and work management system,forming a panoramic operation and management view for substation.The integrated measurement & control device,smart gateway and substation operation cockpit are developed and applied,which improve the application and reduce the cost remarkablely.This is the first time to achieve integration of operation system and management system,the key technologies will be introduced and some valuable experiences are provided for the next step of operation smart systems research and application.
