The BATS online automatic control based on secondary equipment remote control technology
Currently,The management of the busbar automatic transfer switch(BATS) is that,manual analysis the control strategy of BATS,manual operate BATS device in substation according to the strategy,unrealized real-time closed-loop control,the BATS which only not mach peak load,stay off of all day for the limit of the operation,that reduce the reliability of power supply and the efficiency of asset utilization.An method of BATS online control is being proposed in the paper,EMS system analysis the control strategy of BATS,and control BATS device through the soft plate remote control.The online automatic control of BATS is realized in EMS system,share databases,interfaces,models and platforms with EMS.the strategy of BATS,consider the temperature of transformer oil,consider the load of transformer,consider N-1 fault of the grid,make sure the control strategy of BATS is correctness and rationality.The application of BATS online automatic control technology has take great change to the management of BATS,it reduce manual intervention and improve the efficiency of operation on BATS.The application in Guangzhou power grid shows,this method is simple and reliable,the running time of BATS reach to 62% which not mach peak load and been turn off all day in the past,Significantly improve the efficiency and reliability of power supply equipment,it deserves widely application.
