The efficiency research and parallelization of common used simultaneous equations solvers in DDA
The efficiencies of Discontinuous Deformation Analysis(DDA)in different computing situations,with different simultaneous equations solvers,have been researched.First,three factors that affect the efficiencies have been analyzed,including computational scale,computational time step and block contact relationship.Then,three common used simultaneous equations algorithms have been considered,including SOR,Jacobi and Jacobi Preconditioned Conjugate Gradient(JPCG)iteration method.SOR is serial executed on CPU,Jacobi and JPCG are parallel realized with OpenMP and CUDA.Based on the test results,several rules about the efficiencies of these simultaneous equations solvers above have been concluded.
