Relationships between interface stress element method and rigid body spring model

摘要：

　　This paper describes the relationships between Interface Stress Element Method(ISEM)and Rigid Body Spring Model(RBSM).Similarities and discrepancies were investigated by comparing their model composition,formula for element stiffness matrix,formula for inter-element stress,theoretical system and analysis process.Results show that the Rigid Body Spring Model is a special type of the Interface Stress Element Method.
