Surface Plasmon Resonance Sensors on the End Facets of Bare Single-mode Optical Fibers

摘要：

　　Plasmonic crystal cavity sensors on the end facets of bare single-mode optical fibers have been designed and fabricated.A record high quality factor of 90 and a figure of merit of 60 are reported.
