8x48 Transponder Aggregator Subsystem Using Silicon Switch Modules for Flexible Photonic Network
We present 8x48 Transponder Aggregator subsystem using compact 8x8 silicon photonic switch modules and simple control circuit.Averaged optical insertion loss of 25.1 dB on all optical paths and 1.2-ms switching speed are achieved.
