Non-invasive Methods for Measurement of Carotenoids in Mammalian Skin
Cutaneous carotenoids could mirror the current redox status of epidermis and should be investigated in vivo.Optical methods are indispensable in this regard.This paper summarizes methods used for non-invasive measurement of cutaneous carotenoids.
