Fast Gain Recovery of All-Optical Switches Based on Multiple Cascaded SOAs

摘要：

　　The gain recovery dynamics of multiple cascaded SOAs are measured,which shows a factor of 10 times shorter for three cascaded SOAs.The simulations in time-and frequency-domain are presented to explore the ultimate switching speed.
