High Index Contrast Circular Bragg Reflector on Silicon-On-Insulator with Flat and Broadband Spectrum
In this paper,we propose a deeply etched high refractive index contrast circular Bragg reflector.Results show that 0.975 peak reflection and over 316 nm operation bandwidth (<5%variation) can be achieved simultaneously.
