Design and Fabrication of An 8x500GHz InP-Based Echelle Grating Wavelength Multiplexer

摘要：

　　we present an 8×500GHz echelle grating multiplexer on InGaAsP/InP platform in 1550nm wavelength band.The device insertion loss of the device is 8.2dB and the adjacent channel crosstalk ranges from 20dB to 25dB.
