Optical nanoscopy with inorganic fluorescent nanoparticles

摘要：

　　The resolution of conventional optical microscopy is limited by diffraction effect to 200nm.Stimulated emission depletion (STED) can break the resolution barrier,however at a price of photobleaching.Here we demonstrate the STED nanoscopy with meta-photostable fluorescent nanodiamonds.
