Optical Micro-Tomographic Study of Babesia microti-Parasite Infected Red Blood Cells

  The morphological,biochemical and mechanical alteration of host red blood cells due to parasitization by Babesia microti infection are investigated using a laser holographic microtomography,as noninvasive and label-free optical technique.
