Optical sectioning with hybrid images to reconstruct in Fourier space

摘要：

　　Wide-field microscopy is efficient but lack of depth sectioning.A hybrid image reconstruction in Fourier space with the aid of undersampled focal modulation microscopy was proposed to obtain the sectioning capability for wide-field imaging.
