Polarized Light Biosensing

摘要：

　　Polarization-based optical techniques have become increasingly popular in the field of biomedical diagnosis.We demonstrate that Stokes vector of backscattered light depicted on Poincaré sphere can be used as a tool for non-invasive tissue biopsy.
